Subsidiaries can maintain their own account payables and execute payment proposals to the group's Payment Factory independently, but the solution is also suitable for Shared Service Centres. All payment traffic to banks is centrally managed by the Payment Factory, giving more control over subsidiaries' cash flows.
The collection of payment files from subsidiaries' source systems is automated and handled via standardised interfaces. Material retrieval, postings and transferring data to other systems can also be automated.
OpusCapita has direct connections to all the major banks in Nordic region and to several global banks as well as global bank connections in partnership with Fides Treasury Services and Tieto SWIFT Service bureaux.
