To apply to a specific job advertised in Career section click on the relevant position from the Open positions’ list. You can also use the “search” function on the right side of this page.

You will be directed to the full advert version in our OpusPeople system. From there:

  • You can apply using your candidates profile or
  • Importing the one from LinkedIn.

If you click on Apply button will be asked to provide us with the contact phone number and your availability date (mandatory fields marked with red asterisk).

Cover letter is not marked as a mandatory field but please upload it whenever mentioned in the advert. It’s worth attaching in any case as it allows our recruiters to get to know you better!  You can also upload other attachments (e.g. certificates, permits etc.).

By clicking on Apply button on the right side of the screen you will send your application through and get the confirmation notice. You will also receive an e-mail to your mailbox with Thank you for applying message. Read it carefully!

Once the application is sent you will find it in Job Management section on the list of all positions you applied for. You can check what their current status is and manage them by clicking on Select in Actions column (e.g. ‘Withdraw application’ is allowed).

You can also benefit from other features visible in the menu to update your profile, change the password or browse the applications.
